Our Expertise In Oil & Gas Machining

Posted by Brad Roberson in Machining on Apr 11, 2018.

The oil and gas industries continue to evolve and become more automated, safer and more driven by technology and precision systems. As experienced providers of oil and gas machining services, we work with both large and small Original Equipment Manufacturers in both prototype developments for new products as well as in volume production for existing and currently used parts and components.

There are several benefits we bring to the table through our oil & gas machining services. These benefits translate into an advantage for our customers in faster order turnaround times, higher quality of finished products and the ability to work to exacting specifications and tolerances.

We focus on CNC machining technology, which means our facilities are using only state-of-the-art equipment. Our staff is experienced and trained in both production capacity as well as in quality control.

Complex Designs For Parts and Components

For our oil & gas machining customers, we offer 3, 4 and 5 axis machining centers. We carefully select the equipment to address the specific requirements for the part or component. For simple parts and designs, the CNC 3 axis machining is often the most practical and cost-effective solution.

For more complex shapes, we will typically recommend the use of the 5 axis machining centers. This allows for complex shapes to be produced on one piece of equipment with one setup requirement.

Not only will this speed up the ability to program the system and start production, but with just one machining system required, it will help to reduce the cost of producing even detailed parts.

While we are a specialized machining service, we also offer a range of value-added services in-house. Give us call at 573-646-3996 and let’s discuss your CNC machining requirements.
